'It has a lifted, intense bouquet of blackberry, raspberry, briar, cedar and light tobacco scents. A subtle marine influence lends complexity. The palate is clean and fresh on the entry, offering graphite-tinged black fruit, much better weight in the mouth than the 2015 "red", and a gentle grip on the finish. 'The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon starts with tones of oak and earth with a black fruit core. The full-bodied palate is dense and chewy, filled with blackberry, dark cherry and plum and expressing soft oak notes of vanilla and nutmeg.
