‘The Le Riches make some of the best Cabernet Sauvignons in Stellenbosch, and this stellar 2015 is no exception. Still closed right now, as you’d expect from such a vintage, this has layers of mocha oak, some green herbs, bright acidity and a vigorous core of dark fruit.
