‘The 2015 Shiraz has an attractive fynbos, camphor-tinged bouquet, plenty of blackcurrant and red plum fruit. The palate is supple on the entry, fleshy in style with black plum, clove, fennel and wild mint, harmonious from the start with the oak neatly integrated. Moderate depth on the finish, this is a refined Shiraz that should age nicely over the next 4-6 years. Certainly this is much better than the 2013 Shiraz, suggesting their revised approach to oak (especially using used 500-liter barrels) is paying dividends. 2018-2026’ - Neal Martin, Wine Advocate (Apr 2017)
