Accompanied by a Coloured Stone Certificate number 4016 from Independent Coloured Stones Laboratory stating that the mixed-cut cushion shaped Cambodian type Natural Sapphire weighing 5.58 carats has no indications seen of either heat treatment or chemical diffusion treatment, 14 February 1992

The mixed-cut cushion shaped natural blue sapphire weighing 5,586 carats is Cambodian type has no indications seen of either heat or chemical diffusion treatment measures 10.76 x 9.76 x 6.11mm. There are tiny chips around the table of the stone.
The round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.95cts are G-H in colour and VS-SI in clarity
