About the SessionStrauss & Co is delighted to once again join forces with the Norval Foundation in showcasing an outstanding selection of fully donated artworks, bespoke experiences and fine wine to be sold to benefit Norval Foundation and their Education Programme. We invite patrons of Norval Foundation and Strauss & Co clients to lend their support to this worthy cause.
The money raised by the auction will contribute to the museum’s future education programme and facilities, as well as the ongoing exhibitions programme that focuses primarily on making art available to people of all backgrounds.

Sponsor 10 Making Art History Children's Books.
By the end of this year, the Norval Foundation Learning Centre team will have hosted over 6 000 children through the museum from January to December. That is a huge accomplishment for the institution. 70 to 80% of learners from non-fee paying public schools and 20-30% of learners from private schools or public schools. In partnership with Sanlam, Norval has created educational art books, Making Art History, which are filled with interactive and stimulating art-related content that each learner gets to take home. A large number of the schools that have visited Norval Foundation continue utilizing these books in their classrooms. The Norval Foundation invites you to sponsor the production of 10 Making Art History books for underprivileged communities visiting the Foundation.
