About this Item
The Savennières has a complex flavor profile, with notes of citrus, apple, honey, and mineral undertones. It is a dry wine, with a crisp acidity that helps to balance out the fruit flavors. The 2014 vintage of de Varennes Savennières is considered to be a very good year for the region. The wine has had several years to age and develop in the bottle, which has allowed the flavors and aromas to become more integrated and complex.
