'There is a hint of herbal tea character to the fresh, cool and layered nose that offers up notes of plum, violet, rose petal and anise. There is a lovely sense of energy to the detailed, intense and refined middle weight flavors that brim with an almost pungent minerality before culminating in a seductively mouth coating and strikingly long finish. For my taste this exceptionally pretty and classy effort is still on the way up though it's not so far away that it couldn't be enjoyed now if allowed 30 minutes or so of air first.
