A Chinese bronze vessel, late Qing Dynasty, late 19th/early 20th century
of tapering flattened ovoid form raised on a spreading domed foot, the shoulders applied with elephant-head handles, the body with horizontal bands of clouds, taotie masks, leiwen and lappet bands, double wang mark to the shoulder, six-character mark, 27,5cm high
