Heba El Kayal

 Experienced curator, consultant, writer and researcher originally from Cairo, with networks in Middle East, North Africa, UK and the USA; holds Master’s Degree in art history from Columbia University, New York, currently finishing an LLM in legal studies in the UK; former Chief Curatorial Consultant at Norval Foundation (2023-24); advisory role to collectors, auction houses and art institutions in Beirut, Dubai, South Africa, UK and the USA.

My hope with my curatorial and advisory work has always been to help create connections between artists, collectors, institutions and other cultural practitioners across the continent; and for those abroad to recognise the variety and plurality of talent and artistic expression on the continent.
