The domaine was founded in the 18th century and is now run by Bertrand Ambroise, who took over from his father in the 1980s. The estate spans over 21 hectares (52 acres) of vineyards, with holdings in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune subregions of Burgundy.
