L'Eglise Clinet

In 1803 Jean Rouchut purchased the land that today is known as Château L'Église Clinet. In 1882 a partnership between the Rouchut family and the Constant family came about and the two families produced and sold Bordeaux wine together for many years. For a time, the property was more popular in farming than in winemaking, however, that changed in 1983, when Denis Durantou took over. After two years under his management, the château’s status was on its way up and continued improving with time.
