Simian

France - Rhône Valley

Château Simian today has 38 hectares of vines: 7 in AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 11 in AOC Massif d'Uchaux, 11 in AOC Côtes du Rhône, and 9 in Vin de Pays. The winegrowers, Jean-Pierre Serguier and Florian, his son, in constant search for quality, are convinced of achieving it in particular by promoting a perfect harmony of the vine with nature.

Since 2008, the entire vineyard has been cultivated using a biodynamic approach . These methods combined with a mosaic of noble terroirs, judicious choices from the rich palette of local grape varieties, some of which are sometimes forgotten, all associated with the know-how of the winegrowers and a wise management of the living, contribute to producing wines of exceptional quality: fine, fresh, balanced, frank in aromas, with silky tannins and endowed with pleasant drinkability.
