Télégraphe

France - Rhône Valley

Hippolyte Brunier founded Vieux Télégraphe in 1898 and it has remained in the Brunier family for six generations. At the time, only 1 hectare of their land was planted with vines but Henri Brunier, who took over in the late 1940s, increased the vineyards and promoted their wines to other countries. Their vineyards are planted on the Plateau of La Crau, a site renowned for grape-growing in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and they are considered one of the most renowned estates of the Southern Rhône.
