'Pale greenish straw. Some quite strong oak notes. Almost beery! And even a slight suggestion of whisky!! No shortage of personality. A vino da meditazione…' - Jancis Robinson MW, JancisRobinson.com, 16.5/20 (Feb 2019)
'Greenish yellow. Pungent aromas of fresh pear, tangerine, toasty lees and iodine, with a suave floral overtone. Sappy orchard and citrus fruit flavors pack a serious punch and are lifted and sharpened by building smoky minerality. This blanc de blancs Champagne acts a lot like a serious Chablis . Weighty and focused on the persistent finish, leaving floral, mineral and sweet citrus notes behind.' - Josh Reynolds, Vinous, 93/100 (Dec 2013)
