'100% Stellenbosch Syrah. Hand harvested. 14 months in 60% new French oak. Eight barrels made. Released in South Africa in Nov 2010. That tea-leaf scent again, and a bit of wood glue. Sweet, sweet intense fruit. Very concentrated. Dark plums, spice and lift. Macerated plum. Glossy and polished. Some orange notes, more finesse than the 2007, more grace, finer.
