rectangular, the engine-turned hinged cover with a monogrammed reserve, with reeded sides and foliate thumbpiece, gilt interior, decoration worn, 59,3g, 6,5cm wide; and a Victorian example, Edward Smith, Birmingham, 1861, shaped rectangular, the hinged cover engraved with strapwork enclosing a vacant cartouche, the sides with diaper borders, 90g, 7,2cm wide
