'It doesn't say so on the label, but this remarkable biodynamically farmed red is made entirely from Syrah for the first time. White pepper, some spice from whole bunches and notes of lavender and thyme underpinned by sweet vanilla oak, fine tannins and refined acidity. 'No 2011, but masterly 2012 worth waiting for. Unlike 2010 with some cab, this pure syrah/shiraz - lighter, even more elegant & fine.
