‘Limited to 1,200 bottles, the 2009 Single Vineyard Shiraz was matured for 18 months in 50% French and 50% American oak, of which 75% are new. It has an intense bouquet of blackberry, dark plum, honey and creme de cassis. The palate is medium-bodied with supple black cherries, dark plum and Hoi Sin notes.
