A Chinese hardwood screen, late 19th/early 20th century
the rectangular moulded frame set with an embroidery of a Chinese deity and small child viewing a young man astride a dragon's head, with bats and flowering blossom, the sliding panel with carved supports and an open carved frieze below, set with a central medallion, raised on incurved scroll feet and shaped pad supports, restorations and some damage to the stand, 75cm high, 62cm wide, 25,5cm deep
