'Toasty lemon peel and spiced orange rind set up a spicy, citrusy welcome on the nose of this wine. At the core are rich notes of lemon custard, pear flesh and melon, all cut by superb acidity and a fresh, steely minerality. It's driven and focused, with clear precision on the palate and a medium-length finish that evolves from fruit flesh to rind and finally a kiss of earthy spice.
