For the many passionate followers of our Pinot noir, Hamilton Russell Vineyards has released a three bottle vertical of Pinot Noir, with each vintage – 2018, 2020 and 2021 - carrying a specially chosen or commissioned South African artwork as a back label.
While many enthusiasts have cellared Hamilton Russell Vineyards Pinot Noir over the years, there are still a lot who only encounter the wine at a youthful stage. This vertical allows enthusiasts to really get to know our Pinot Noir and its story of place over time and through different life stages.

Tesselaarsdal - Pinot Noir 2023 (1 x 1.5L)
Tesselaarsdal was founded in 2015 by long-standing Hamilton Russell Vineyards employee, Berene Sauls.
This wine is named after the historic Overberg farming hamlet of Tesselaarsdal, not far from the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge wine appellation. It was in this valley that Berene was born, a descendant of the freed slaves who were bequeathed the land by the widow of former Dutch East India Company soldier, Johannes Tesselaar, in 1832.
