• Booking and Availability: The experience is subject to the availability of both the Garden Villa and the Taaibosch winemaker. Early booking is recommended to secure preferred dates.
• Validity: This experience is valid for redemption within 12 months from the date of purchase, with blackout dates during peak seasons and holidays at the discretion of Taaibosch Estate.
• Non-Transferable: This auction item is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the winning bidder and their guests.
• Group Size: The experience is designed for a maximum of two couples (4 people total). Additional guests cannot be accommodated.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: Once booked, changes or cancellations may be subject to restrictions depending on Taaibosch Estate’s policies.
• Liability Waiver: Taaibosch Estate is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the stay or activities associated with the experience.
• No Cash Value: This experience holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutions.
• Alcohol Consumption: Guests must be of legal drinking age to participate in the wine tasting. Taaibosch Estate reserves the right to refuse service to any guest if necessary.
