Sakkie Mouton Family Wines - Dawn of the Salty Tongues Syrah 2023 (6 x 750ml)
100% Syrah grapes grown on decomposed sandstone soils 4 kilometres outside the small west coast town of Vredendal and about 25 kilometres from the Cold Atlantic. 30% Whole bunches, wild fermented for 2 weeks on the skins and pressed to 500-liter 8th fill barrels. Left for 10 months in barrel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.

100% Chardonnay. Lively, fine mousse. Bright and zesty citrus aromas tinged with brioche nuances. Refreshing flavours of green apple and limestone on the palate. The delightful flavours combine seamlessly with classic richness and finely balanced acidity.

Sauvignon Blanc 2022 (6 x 750ml)
Hand harvested and cold fermented to give a flavoursome citrus blossom with a refreshing finish.
