A Portuguese three-piece silver coffee service, Mergulhao, Lisbon, 20th century
comprising: a coffee pot, covered sugar bowl with spoon and milk jug, each with reeded waist and rim, raised on an oval footrim, the covers surmounted by an urn-shaped finial, the sides applied with wooden leaf-capped handles, the coffee pot 16cm high, 855g all in; and a silver rectangular tray, with beaded border, stamped 'STERLING, DCA, 925', 26,2cm wide, 390g
