This internationally acclaimed, long-ageing Bordeaux blend was named after former owner, Paul Sauer, and was first made in 1981.
This wine has been checked and re-corked by the producer under supervision assuring providence, quality and long life.

Long finish is etched with bittersweet chocolate and another layer of really ripe blackberry fruit. Impressive.
